Client Service Specialist
At Kirsch, Dreama manages the first impression of the firm. She is responsible for a variety of office procedures, including answering the phones and greeting clients, correspondence with vendors, scheduling of appointments, and the day-to-day needs of the employees. Dreama is an expert at processing tax documents and proofing and assembling financial statements for clients.
Before joining the firm in 2007, Dreama spent 10 years as an office manager at a privately owned company. She has over 25 years of customer service experience, in addition to some part-time accounting work. Along with her daily functions, Dreama also works on a variety of special projects for clients and Kirsch.
Dreama enjoys reading, cooking, music and spending time with her family and friends.
