The Result

With the accounting records scrubbed on a recurring basis, the owner can rely on the accuracy of financial reports to make decisions. Reports that were previously provided to the owner 60 or 90 days after year end are now in his in box by the fifth business day of the month. Inventory ordering that was previously done based on gut feel now is done based on real time information.

We assisted the owners in the negotiation for the purchase of an additional production facility which gave the capacity to add a complementary service offering.
