Lyndsey focuses on the firm’s critical internal business needs. From accounting, human resources, recruiting, and everything in between, she helps enable the growth of Kirsch by leveraging her experience in implementing new processes.

Lyndsey joined the Kirsch team in 2019 after earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University. Lyndsey’s prior experience as an office administrator and bookkeeper with a custom cabinetry manufacture will allow her to expand her communication, financial, and leadership skills.
