Diane Glover

Director

As a Director, Diane focuses on the market awareness and growth of Kirsch CPA Group throughout the Tristate area. She helps the team develop strategies in marketing, business development and recruiting top talent. Diane specializes in marketing efforts including proposal writing, internal communications, marketing collateral development and developing and editing of the firm’s bi-weekly e-newsletter.

As part of the management team, Diane coaches and mentors team members on creating business development and a personal brand. She also works with the administrative team to ensure our clients receive high quality service from beginning to end.

Education and Certifications:
BBA, Marketing and Real Estate, University of Cincinnati

Personal Profile
Diane and her husband Tom spend most of their time with family either traveling or at sporting events for their four children. Diane is very actively involved in both parish life and school activities at Sacred Heart Church. She uses her passion for kids to coach girl’s basketball. She also volunteers at St. Xavier High School and Ursuline Academy.
