Deb is passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses and maximize their profits. Her business acumen and entrepreneurial approach make her an invaluable resource for clients as they plan business growth, manage cash flow, consider tax strategies or pursue merger or acquisitions. She has vast experience working with a diverse range of industries, including service, retail/wholesale, manufacturing and transportation.

Prior to joining KCG in 2001 as a manager, Debbie worked for a large local accounting firm in Cincinnati for 16 years. As an integral part of the Kirsch management team, Deb fosters team building and mentors team members. She constantly identifies training that will continually build the strength of our team to better serve our clients.
