Rebecca joined Kirsch CPA in 2023 as a Recruiter & HR Generalist, working to support and grow the firm alongside our clients. With a degree in Secondary Education from Penn State and certifications in Human Resources Management, Rebecca brings a wide variety of skills and experience to the Kirsch team.

Rebecca’s passion for people and her commitment to creating a positive work environment make her a valuable asset to the Kirsch team. From managing recruitment and hiring processes, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee relations, and providing support to the firm’s leadership team, Rebecca works hard to support the entire organization.

Personal Profile
Rebecca grew up in both Fairfield, OH and Scranton, PA before moving back to the Greater Cincinnati area in 2014. When she’s not at work, she is likely spending time with her boyfriend, family, friends, or her dog Dante Inferno – her loyal companion of 10 years.

Rebecca has been an avid dancer since she was just 3 years-old and has also been involved in cheerleading since the age of 8, both for public schools and competition teams. Rebecca is a dedicated marathon runner, having completed multiple half marathons. She also supports both the Philadelphia Eagles and Cincinnati Bengals and enjoys attending NFL games. During the warmer months, you’ll find Rebecca out kayaking and grilling.
