Kirsch CPA Honored as a Finalist for 2024 Greater Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work

At Kirsch CPA, the foundation of our success is a dedicated and passionate team.  We are happy to announce that Kirsch CPA is a finalist for Greater Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work award.

This is Kirsch’s eighth time on the finalist list since 2015. In 2022, we were the winner in the small company category.

This recognition, based on a third-party survey of Kirsch employees, is always gratifying. We work hard to maintain a work environment where our employees feel valued, supported, and inspired, but it’s not something we ever want to take for granted.

A Tradition of Working to Improve Employee Satisfaction

Participating in the third-party survey is more than a bid for awards — it’s an opportunity to gain fresh insights directly from our team. The anonymous feedback we receive provides us with information we can use to keep employee satisfaction high and identify areas for improvement. It’s one more way of hearing from our employees and ensuring that we are doing all we can to meet their needs and expectations.

Kirsch has used the feedback we receive each year to find new ways to improve our workplace and show appreciation to our hardworking team members.

The celebration of this year’s finalist recognition will take place on Aug. 22 at the Greater Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work event.

But even as we celebrate, we’re working to become an even better place to work.
