Nine Kirsch CPA Group Team Members are Promoted

In recognition of their hard work and commitment to our clients, Kirsch CPA Group has announced the promotion of nine team members.

The promotions come at a time of rapid growth for the firm and in recognition of the key roles these team members have played – and will continue to play in our success and the success of our clients.

Recognizing Hard Work, Loyalty, and Excellence

Among those promoted is Cassidy Hicks, who is now a Senior Analyst with the firm. In her expanded role, she will conduct cash flow analysis and predictions for areas of growth, as well as identify tax opportunities for clients.

Katie Keller has also been promoted from an Analyst to a Senior Analyst, in which she will assist nonprofit and small business leaders in honing their financial strategies for success.

Joining Katie and Cassidy as a Senior Analyst is Matt Harper, who specializes in month-end accounting,  business advisory services, and forecasting.

Kyle Thorpe and Elizabeth Michalak have both been promoted from Senior Analyst to Manager, a role in which they will help business owners determine key-performance indicators to develop strategies for increasing profitability, tax minimization options, new opportunities, tax changes and more.

Andrew Knapke and Becky Byrd are now Senior Managers, overseeing financial strategies and guiding clients through business decisions that grow profits and minimize taxes.

Robyn Brooks, who helps keep  the firm running smoothly, has been promoted from Administrative Specialist to Senior Operations Specialist.

Diane Glover has been promoted from Manager to Director and will assume expanded responsibilities for ongoing business development, people development and management.
