What makes a great workplace? Many factors contribute to this, from retirement plans to company outings, but it’s more than that—it’s a place where an employee feels valued. Ohio Business Magazine conducted its 5th annual search for companies that are finding creative ways to take care of their employees.
Kirsch CPA Group is proud to be a winner of Ohio Business Magazine’s fifth annual Best Workplaces in Ohio. Our team is what makes Kirsch a Best Workplaces. We work hard to keep our employees engaged. In 2020, we launched a new engagement program. THRIVE at Kirsch ensures our team is trained with success skills, recognized for their contributions, and receives monthly coaching and feedback.
While COVID-19 has dispersed our team to work at home, we continue to create opportunities for the team to stay engaged. Our team quickly equipped everyone with 2 monitors and a laptop to work at home. Daily water coolers, weekly team meetings, and topics on Zoom have kept our team together. The coronavirus has changed the way we work, but not how we feel about our team.
