This year brings a significant milestone for our firm as we celebrate 35 years of collective service among three of our team members: Deb Weber, Katie Keller, and Cassidy Roell. Their commitment and contributions continue to shape our firm and enrich the experiences of our clients.

Deb Weber, Director: 25 Years
Deb Weber has been an integral part of Kirsch CPA Group for 25 years. Her leadership, tax expertise, and unwavering focus on team and client success have helped guide the firm through decades of growth and change. Deb’s passion for strategic problem-solving benefits both her clients and colleagues, and her mentorship has been critical to the development of our next generation of leaders.
Katie Keller, Manager: 5 Years
Katie Keller brings a fresh perspective and a strong client-service ethic to her work. With five years at Kirsch CPA Group, Katie has distinguished herself with her commitment to client goals, and collaborative spirit. She supports clients across a variety of industries, helping them navigate complex accounting and tax needs with confidence and clarity. Cassidy Roell, Manager: 5 Years
Cassidy Roell has reached her five-year milestone with the firm. Cassidy is known for her analytical approach and her ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for clients.
