There are great places to work and then there are best places to work.
At Kirsch CPA Group, we are proud to announce that our team members have put us into the latter category, and for the ninth time since 2015, we’re a finalist in the annual competition recognizing the best places to work in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Finalists are chosen based on a confidential third-party employee survey in which team members share their opinions on everything from company leadership to benefit packages.
At Kirsch, we also use the opportunity to draft a few questions of our own including, “What are three things we should continue doing to keep team members feeling good about Kirsch?”
The responses are as rewarding as making the list of finalists. It’s gratifying to hear our team recommends us as a great place to work and to learn that with an engagement score of 95%, we’ve got the most engaged group of accounting employees for miles around.

While it’s an honor we’ve enjoyed before, this is our first year in which we are celebrating as an employee-owned business. As an ESOP, it’s even more important to foster a culture in which team members find both professional satisfaction and support for their individual goals. The Best Places to Work finalists will be recognized and the winners announced on Aug. 28 at an event at TQL Stadium. Winners will also be announced in a special online and print edition of the Cincinnati Business Courier, which sponsors the award.
