Kirsch CPA Group a Courier’s Best Places to Work Finalist
At Kirsch CPA Group we work hard to ensure the success of our clients, but we couldn’t do it without the work of an amazing team! We are happy to report that our team works at one of Greater Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work.
On August 12, the Cincinnati Business Courier announced the finalists for its annual list of best places to earn a paycheck and for the fifth year in a row, the Kirsch CPA Group has been recognized.
“Having engaged employees makes an enormous difference in any workplace, and it is always gratifying to hear that you have succeeded in creating the right conditions for people to thrive,”
– Kirsch CPA Group partner Pete Abner
Winners will be announced in a special publication inside the Courier October 1.
“Having engaged employees makes an enormous difference in any workplace, and it is always gratifying to hear that you have succeeded in creating the right conditions for people to thrive,” said Kirsch partner Pete Abner.
“We are so grateful for the efforts of our team members and we’re committed to making sure they have a successful career at Kirsch,” he said.
The list of finalists is based on rankings by an independent third-party company that surveyed employees at each of the businesses nominated. Companies are scored on criteria that include senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition, and benefits.
“It’s not about winning a title,” said founding partner John Kirsch. “It is knowing that we take great pride and gratitude in the talent and dedication of each and every member of the Kirsch CPA Group team. They are the reason we can provide the highest-quality financial advisory and accounting services customized to the needs of every client.”
