Ohio Business Magazine presented the fourth annual Best Workplaces in Ohio, highlighting those companies that are making a difference in their employees lives and their community. The award is based on an assessment that collects information about our workplace. Employers were nominated and then judged based on a questionnaire about employee engagement, work environment, relationship with community, training & development, and pay & benefits.
