We are pleased to announce the recent promotions of two valued team members at Kirsch CPA Group. They’ve made a clear impact on our firm by consistently delivering strong results, living our core values, and commitment to both clients and our team. We are confident they will continue to play a key role in our growth and success.

Recognizing Excellence

Congratulations to our newly promoted Manager, Matt Harper. Matt brings a wealth of experience working with clients across a variety of industries, including construction and manufacturing. His practical insights and client-focused approach have made him a trusted advisor as he helps businesses navigate their financial strategies and growth.

Alli Ellis has stepped into a new role as Executive Administrative Specialist. In this role, Alli supports our team members, oversees special projects, and contributes to internal process improvements to better support our clients’ needs.

Looking Ahead as an Employee-Owned Firm

We are proud to celebrate the achievements of team members like Matt and Alli. Their dedication benefits our clients and contributes to the shared success of every current—and future—employee-owner at Kirsch CPA Group. Becoming an employee-owned company has strengthened our commitment to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. These values are demonstrated daily by our team and will continue to shape the future of our firm as we welcome new members to join.
