Kirsch CPA Group Promotions: 11 Team Members Take on New Roles

With a 30-year history, Kirsch CPA Group is no stranger to growth. Our recent promotions of 11 team members is part of our ongoing commitment to providing our clients with the highest quality accounting and advisory services.

New Promotions & Expanded Services to Clients

Sue Schloemer has been promoted to director from her previous role as a senior manager. Sue’s passion for helping clients succeed – combined with her 25+ years of experience in tax – allows her to provide expert consulting and business advisory services to our clients.

Janis Bergeron will now assume the role of director from her previous role as a senior manager. With an extensive academic and professional portfolio, Janis specializes in consulting, accounting, and tax preparation services for business owners and nonprofits.

Deb Weber has been promoted to a director from her previous role as a senior manager. Her passion for helping clients combined with her distinct business acumen and entrepreneurial approach make her an invaluable resource to the Kirsch team.

Nick Roell has been promoted to senior manager from his previous role as a manager. In his new position, Nick will focus on consulting with clients to optimize their business using KPIs to forecast opportunities. Nick joined the Kirsch team in 2013.

Jill Frieden will assume the role of senior manager. Formerly a manager, Jill will take on the added responsibility to provide value-add solutions to assist nonprofit and small business clients with audit, tax and business solutions.

Sam Brizgis has also been promoted to senior manager, a position where she will oversee clients’ cash flow management, debt restructuring, tax planning, and more. With over 10 years of experience in public accounting, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role.

Andrew Knapke has been promoted from a senior analyst to a manager. Andrew’s zest for knowledge drives his dedication to understanding the intricacies of a businesses and advising on solutions for improvement. Andrew joined the Kirsch team in 2017.

Jennifer Becker is now a senior analyst, promoted from her former position as an analyst. Jennifer is passionate about working to assist clients completing month end-close, preparing financial statements and providing solutions.

Kristin Wiegand has been promoted to senior analyst. In her new role, she will focus on optimizing client cash flow and providing them with the data they need to make strategic, informed decisions.

Kate Elmore has been promoted to senior accounting specialist from her former position as an accounting specialist. With a degree in English from Vanderbilt, Kate took an unconventional route to accounting, but excels in business process optimization, virtual bookkeeping and more.

Lyndsey Hoffart is now a senior operations specialist, formerly an operations specialist. In her new role, Lyndsey will leverage her experience in both accounting and human resources to assist the firm in servicing our clients.
