Kirsch CPA Group is excited to welcome Todd Eppert, Master Business Coach and Certified Exit Planning Advisor, as a Director on our advisory services team.

Todd joins Kirsch with more than 20 years of experience helping business owners and leadership teams improve performance, build enterprise value, strengthen leadership capacity, and prepare for the future. His background includes senior leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, strategic planning, leadership development, organizational growth, and ownership transition planning.

For business owners, Todd’s addition brings another layer of strategic guidance to the Kirsch team. Many owners are asking important questions:

  • Where is my business headed?
  • Is my leadership team ready for the next stage?
  • How do I increase the value of my company?
  • What needs to happen before I transition the business?
  • How do I make better decisions today that create stronger results tomorrow?

Todd’s role will focus on helping owners answer those questions with clarity, structure, and accountability. He will work with clients on business planning, leadership development, value creation, succession planning, and ownership transition strategies.

Todd will also help Kirsch continue to implement and build out The Path, Kirsch’s business advisory system designed to help business owners move beyond compliance and into proactive planning. The Path helps owners identify opportunities, address obstacles, strengthen financial performance, and make decisions that support long-term business value.

“Todd’s experience aligns directly with where Kirsch is going as a firm,” said Pete Abner, CEO of Kirsch CPA Group. “Our clients need more than historical numbers. They need advisors who can help them think ahead, make confident decisions, and build businesses that are stronger, more valuable, and better prepared for the future.”

Todd’s work will be especially valuable for privately held and family-owned businesses considering growth, succession, leadership transition, a future sale, a management buyout, or a long-term value-building strategy. By combining Todd’s business coaching and exit planning experience with Kirsch’s tax, accounting, and advisory expertise, clients will have access to a more complete planning process.

Kirsch has always believed that better information leads to better decisions. With Todd joining the team, Kirsch is expanding its ability to help business owners gain clear direction, achieve better results, and prepare for what comes next.
