State and local tax issues can surface when a business hires an employee in another state, enters a new market, completes an acquisition, or prepares for a sale. Kirsch CPA Group has added Cody Tolle, CPA, as a Senior Manager to help clients identify these risks, address compliance gaps, and manage their obligations going forward.

Cody brings extensive experience in state and local income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, and employee withholding. He also advises businesses on tax strategies involving mergers and acquisitions, credits and incentives, and expansion into new markets. Cody will manage client relationships, connecting tax questions with each client’s operations, plans and broader financial priorities.
