This summer, we are pleased to announce the well-deserved promotions of two remarkable individuals at Kirsch CPA Group.
These promotions highlight their diligence to excellence and position them to further elevate our services, enhance client satisfaction, and introduce innovative solutions in the dynamic financial and business advisory landscape in which we operate.
Recognizing Outstanding Contributions
Stephanie Rupnik, who joined us in 2007, has been promoted from Senior Analyst to Manager. She plays a pivotal part in helping business owners identify improvement opportunities, explore tax minimization options, and navigate tax changes. Stephanie is leading the Individual Tax Preparation service line, where she manages the process, invests in cutting-edge technology, and mentors new team members to deliver exceptional advice and tax preparation to our clients.
Julia Jerger, joined the firm in 2022, and has been promoted from Analyst to Senior Analyst. She conducts comprehensive cash flow analysis and forecasting, bringing specialized expertise in month-end accounting. Julia is recognized for her diligence and meticulous approach to streamlining processes and reviewing client files for accuracy and efficiency.
