Jared Weyler, CPA, has been promoted to Director. Jared is known for being a trusted advisor to business owners, helping clients grow through strategic tax planning, entity structure, partnerships, and new business opportunities. His tax expertise helps clients look beyond immediate needs and take advantage of long-term strategies that support growth. Within the firm, Jared has enhanced our tax planning services, helped drive new processes and technology, and trained the team to become stronger tax strategists. As he joins the leadership team, Jared will help guide the future of Kirsch while continuing to embody the ownership mindset that defines our employee-owned firm.

Cole Gintert’s has been promoted to Senior Analyst, recognizing his dedication to client service, process improvement, and helping business owners make confident decisions. Cole helps clients gain confidence in their financial information by supporting a complete and timely month-end close. He often serves as an outsourced controller, helping clients clean up records, improve processes, and strengthen their accounting function. Cole’s ability to combine technical skill with thoughtful service makes him a trusted resource for clients and the team.

Matt Higgins, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Analyst, a reflection of his strong problem-solving skills, practical accounting experience, and commitment to helping clients get to the right answer. Matt helps clients clean up records and create reliable financial information for decision-making. He has tackled complex accounting challenges, identified solutions, and helped clients gain clarity and confidence in their numbers. His ability to bring structure to complex situations makes him a valuable resource for both clients and the firm.

Jennifer Feichtner has been promoted to Senior Accounting Specialist, recognizing her exceptional client service, payroll expertise, and ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly. With years of accounting and payroll experience, including her background as a former small business owner, Jennifer helps clients navigate multi-state payroll, payroll tax issues, bonuses, new employee setup, and timely, accurate payroll. She also helps clients outsource their bookkeeping, giving business owners a dependable resource without the need to hire, manage, and train internally.
